I'm 24 weeks pregnant with my first baby, I want to know how safe is having sex in last trimester and how safe is husband ejaculating inside vagina?

It’s perfectly safe until your doctor says otherwise. When you get past 30 weeks, there’s a chance of inducing labor, but overall sex is fine in the third trimester
