Stressed and confused and hurting emotionally i need some advice

I am in situation were my boyfriend and been together for five years and we decided to have an open relationship the thing with that is I been having sex with our friend and he knows that.. But the thing is another friend I have feeling for I'm now pregnant with his baby and I'm feeling really mess up cause I wasn't honest with boyfriend and I'm owning up as a woman for my actions . the only problem is my boyfriend is demanding I get an abortion but I don't believe in that and I'm not doing that without the baby father knowing that would crush him
