I couldn't until 8 weeks pp because of healing issues. But it was so, so bad. I just wanted to cry and scream.

I waited until 7w and it hurt so bad. Didn’t start feeling normal again to me until probably 4-5 months PP

I had sex at 4 weeks I wasn't bleeding anymore and I was just afraid of getting an infection or tearing again. Like idk if the stitches were still there or not. We took it slow and nothing happened and it felt great.
