He is confusing me (read below)

I talked with this Man I'm interested in and we talked and we decided to met next weekend and he told me he will come to me. So we been texting Since & On Thursday he told me to come see him at his job lol, when had he just told me next weekend he would come see me. I didn't go because that doesn't make sense. So that same day he texted me saying FaceTime him, nvm call me. He FaceTimed me after he said nvm call me but I didn't get a chance to answer so I said give me 5 mins he didn't respond to that. Later when I got a chance to call I FaceTimed him twice and called him once and he ignored them lol and he was online at that time so he ignored them. He hasn't texted me since ignoring me but still he views my story on Snapchat ??? I don't think he is interested
