Can’t orgasm

So, ironically, I’m on my second child. However, I’ve never orgasmed. Not with my man and not alone. I’ve tried the pillow, the water head, ice cubes, vibrator, just fingers. Let me say, it all feels great! But I get to a point where my clit is too sensitive to continue, but I didn’t orgasm yet, and penetration alone doesn’t really feel good. At least not feel as good as my clot being rubbed. Need advice!?
