Paranoid about Chromosomal abnormalities

I have had a blighted ovum and chemical already this year. I got pregnant 2 weeks after chemical. I was prescribed progesterone to start taking after ovulation this last time and if i got pregnant, I would

Continue to take it (I am a little over 9 weeks now).

My question is, could the progesterone cause me to keep a pregnancy even if there are chromosome abnormalities? I’ve heard heartbeat twice so far but I am so nervous bc I am worried that my body might be keeping this pregnancy even if it has issues bc I am on progesterone.

After 2 miscarriages, I can’t help but worry about every little thing. Btw- I am on 200 mg once a day orally.
