Orgasm and brown bleeding?

I had 2 previous miscarriages. My most recent one was a silent/missed miscarriage and after that one we conceived on the first cycle I’m currently 6w 4d according to glow. So I had an orgasm today (no penetration) and I started having what seemed like a little of brown discharge. I've heard that brown means it's old blood and that the orgasms could have just jostled it out, but it's making me very anxious. Has anyone else had this kind of bleeding after an orgasm without penetration?
