Exercising & Birth Control Pills?
So, does anyone have experience with being on birth control and working out atleast 4-5 days a week? Like am I still able to do my protein shakes, bcaa's, pre-workout, etc? Cause, I just started aviane pills and I don't want it to screw up the progress I have made so far and any progress in the future. Just let me know your thoughts or experience on it. Thanks ladies 😘
