Rash from 2 month shots?

My 2 month old got his shots Friday and woke up with this rash this morning and it’s spread. I called the pediatrician and she believes the rash is not a reaction from the shots. She says it’s very unlikely and rashes do not happen often. Says could be eczema or heat rash. I’m worried this could be a reaction. What do you guys think? FYI doctor didn’t seem to care about my concern for my son and said just about anything to get me off our 3 minutes phone call...
