Ovulation cramps or just travel aches

I had experienced some abdominal and back cramps late last night but it only lasted a few hours. The other day my CM was sticky, stretchy, but jelly-like. Not completely ewcm. My husband and I went out of town this weekend so maybe the cramps were just travel aches? I am supposed to be ovulating and the app is pretty accurate with my cycle. Did I experience ovulation cramps or was it because I went out of town?
