Someone help my hair hasn’t grown past my shoulders for 5 years and I don’t even shower daily

i got a really bad haircut last december and needed my hair to grow ASAP. i used a hair mask once or twice a week with usually a mixture of coconut oil or olive oil with peppermint oil (it stimulates the hair follicles to help the hair grow). i left it in for a few hours and then washed my hair normally. it still took a while, but my hair did seem to grow a little faster and, at the very least, much healthier! good luck, there’s tons of DIY hair masks out there ☺️

also don’t wash it everyday it’s bad for it. wash it like 2-3 days apart if you can. (depending on the oiliness)
