CD 40, 2nd round of Clomid

Hey! I'm on cd 40, after 2nd round of clomid. First round was 50mg days 5-9. Last round was 75mg days 5-9. I've had sore breast and rumbling in my stomach. Tested today and got a bfn. I don't even know what to do at this point. I'm calling my doctor tomorrow but curious if anyone had any ideas or comments? Also I've had the feeling for about a week in a half that AF was coming, but she never does. And the sore breast is very abnormal for me.
