Got bad news yesterday :(

I went to the hospital yesterday because I was having a severe migraine. I was diagnosed with a acoustic nueroma brain tumor April 3rd of this year. I found out I was pregnant when I went to go do my pre-op blood work and that's when I found out I was pregnant. Fast forward to yesterday which I again was 9weeks 4 days pregnant. They gave me meds to handle the migraine which helped a bit ,but wanted to do an ultrasound just to make sure everything was ok with the baby. The baby measured exactly which was great but then the bad news was given . No heartbeat! I was devastated to say the least. They said I was probably in the early stages of miscarring. I'm not bleeding and have no cramping. I have my follow up appointment with my OBGYN tomorrow morning. I am just at a loss for words and really don't want to go thru this again. This baby is still inside me. It's been a long time since my last miscarriage what is the process?
