Is canned Bertonill Alfredo sauce safe to eat during pregnancy?

My friend made a Alfredo pasta with a half opened canned and one new one. She told me she had it for 1 week and put it right away in the fridge whatever sauce was left after she finished cooking. Two of the cans says it expires 2021. Is it safe for me to eat and the baby to consume?

The only thing you really need to watch is raw food intake. The old what we can’t eat is very out dated seeing everything is pasteurized. Even lunch meat is fine and sushi as long as it’s cooked. Of course watch the amount of fish you eat for mercury reasons but that is it. Try to enjoy your foods when you can and if you would rather not eat canned food you can always make your own.

Does the can say use in vertain amount of time or its bad?? Other then that should be safe

Supposedly no canned food :( I google it when I was craving Campbell’s Soup. Lots of people eat canned food though. I’m sure it’s ok if it’s here and there.
