confused.

so last month in june, i was originally suppose to get my period on the 9th and end on the 13th, missed that week, took 3 tests, 2 were negative and one was a faint line. i ended up getting my period on the 13th. the day my original period was suppose to end, i know this may sound crazy, but is there a possibility that i could be pregnant even though i got my period late and even though i just got it for july? i've seen a change in my body. so i need help.
