4 w 3 d and urinating a lot ?

I’m drinking about a gallon a day now I’m so thirsty! But now I’m peeing like every 10 minutes it feels like, and it feels like I can’t fully empty my bladder. What the heck? Doesn’t hurt or anything just pressure of fullness I guess but is it bc I’m drinking too much water or is it pregnancy related?

It’s because of how much water you are drinking. If your bladder gets too full with liquids it makes it harder to contract so you can’t fully empty your bladder each time you go. So that’s why you are going more often because each time you empty, it gives your bladder more space and then you need to pee again. Maybe start sipping water rather than downing it.

I’ve had the same thing, so my bet is that it’s pregnancy related. If you’re unsure though, you could always go to the doctor to be sure

Try opening your legs more and leaning forward when you go pee, might look funny but it helps me empty my bladder. Also if you take little sips throughout the span of an hour you'll pee more than if you drink a large amount at once.
