Positive Opk ? Please help !

Helppp ! So I’m super confused I’ve been having cramping and lower back pain and feeling sick all day today , so I thought I was pms or something since my app says I should of ovulated the 9th of this month and I tested with opks And had positives around that time I did all I could since me and my husband are trying to conceive , but today I decided I was gonna take a hcg test since I didn’t feel good at all and I know it’s super early but I was just curious with how sick I was feeling and of course it was negative but I was like oh let me check my Lh Surge to see if it’s fading and come to my surprise it looks super positive !!! Did I ovulate late ? Should I be doing the baby dance !??? Please help !
