Things to prepare your body for labor
What all recommendations have you been given to help prepare for labor that you can do or take?
I don't mean "induce", but help like soften your cervix or anything more along those lines.
I know walking and sex(specially the sperm), using the yoga ball, red raspberry leaf tea after 32 weeks, and EPO typically after 38 weeks (from what I've heard)
But anyone have anything else that they have heard of or swear by??
