Could I be pregnant?

Me and my boyfriend had sex on the 16th (june) at first we used a condom and he finished (didn't rip) and then we went raw but he never finished in me and I even took a plan b 2 hours after. Bled like 5 days after I bled for 3 days (not period). Now I'm a week late, I was supposed to get it on the 9th and my boobs have gotten bigger they don't hurt or anything and I've been spotting for 3 days just in the morning though. I barely have an appetite and I barely eat either so idk what is going on.
