Has this happened to your mattress?

After baby was born I started mainly nursing on my bed sitting up. Now it’s sunken in in that spot (where my pillows go) and it’s just horrible 😫 it’s a regular mattress. Mattresses are so expensive so probably not an option to buy one right now 😞 any way to fix it or is there any mattress that this wouldn’t happen to...?

Flip your mattress? Depending on what kind it is I suppose...

They’re kind of expensive but we have a purple brand mattress and it shouldn’t do that over time because of how it’s designed! We love it! 
I don’t have a method to fix it but you could flip it or turn it where your head is at what is currently the foot of the mattress.

Mine has dips really bad from our backs so I finally put folded blankets in between the boxspring and mattress and it has definitely made a huge difference.

My husband and I rotate our mattress every few months to help with this. Also you can look into getting a mattress topper

Rotate and try putting flattish pillows under the mattress.

Rotate it so that spot is at the end of your bed or get a mattress topper.
