So i did 6 rounds of clomid, with no baby and only 1 ovulation. So this month my dr switched me to femara (lowest dose). For the past week to 2 weeks i have been getting daily migraines (i guess just 1 long one) ive been taking excedrin migraine and it gives me relief for a few hours to function.

Well today i woke up with pain in both my ovaries. On and off all day i looked at my <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">glow app</a> and it says tomorrow is ovulation ( i know it will vary and doesnt go with the app, but shows me im close to the window).

My question is has anyone else had pain in both ovaries while on femara? If so did it result in pregnancy?

** i am very intune with my body and have had 11 cysts removed from my ovaries, so I know when i have pain in my ovaries
