Low TSH levels

I had bloodwork taken at 8 week, 4 days and never received a call about it, so I assumed it was normal. However, I just logged into my portal online and am seeing that my TSH ultra is being flagged as low.

My TSH: 0.24

Normal range: 0.55 - 4.78

I am now 10 weeks, 3 days pregnant. I had a miscarriage in the past. I will call my doctor tomorrow, but does anyone know anything about this? Should I be worried??
