Abscess? Cyst ? PAIN?!!!!!!

Y’all. I took a look road trip today, had on shorts and underwear. (It was 16 hours) when I got to my destination, I couldn’t walk. My vagina hurt so bad. Not even the actual vagina. The outer right. Swollen. And there’s a big abscess of something. I don’t know what the fuck it is but it HURTS and I can barely walk. And on top of that, I noticed my ankles were swollen. I’m 24 weeks😒. I have pictures but I don’t know if they are too graphic or not😭😭😭 idk what to do besides freak out lmao
