Cramps

Has anyone had a BFP and had menstrual like cramps leading up to their period? I never get period pain until the day of my period and even then its nothing major but this cycle i have been getting pretty painful cramps for the past 5 days and my period is due in 2 days and i dont want to take a pregnancy test until im a couple of days late but was just wondering if this has happened to anyone and it led to a BFP?
