Is this a cold sore? It is small and hasn’t gotten bigger. It is crusty feeling but does not burn or itch for the most part, however does not feel like a pimple. I don’t know what else it could be. Today the crusty part fell off but no fluids came out and now it feels as if it’s not there, just a red mark. This stresses me out, if anyone has any ideas it would be helpful!
