Pregnancy related carpal tunnel ?!

Anyone else suffering from pregnancy related carpal tunnel? If so, what are you doing to alleviate the pain besides stretching?
I’m almost 30wks and recently started experiencing pain and numbness in both hands, mostly notice it when I wake up in the morning, but feel it throughout the day as well just not as bad.

Yes, I wear a wrist brace to bed every night. I got it with my first pregnancy and it never fully went away. It's gotten worse with this pregnancy.
You can order a wrist brace on Amazon or find them at Target/Walmart/CVS. Get one with a split along the wrist/palm.

I haven’t but my friend had it and had to wear a brace or something. They feeling cane back after birth she said.

I did with my first two daughters, wrist wraps helped but didn’t totally alleviate pain.

Wear wrist braces as much as possible (except while sleeping). Also Absorbing Jr and ice helped when I was in alot of pain from it.mine went away withing 3 weeks postpartum when I had my daughter.
