How do you know your baby is gassy? Do they flail their arms and legs? Do they cry, do they not sleep? My baby is 1 month old and I believe she has had bad gas today but nothing seems to be working, she won’t sleep for any longer then 20 mins. She’s constantly moved her legs and arms, she’s not crying but making noise, is this gas? Or is she just learning about her body? I’ve given her gripe water and oval drops earlier today, it has been going on for almost 24 hours now.
