I emailed my doctor a photo, and have an appointment with her nurse practitioner tomorrow since my doctor is out of the office, but hasanyone else experienced this itchy rash?? It’s only on my back but I’m itchy allllll over 😭😭 wondering if it’s PUPPS?

Heat rash maybe? I get spots like that and itch like crazy if I get overheated.

I think it's heat rash also. I live in SoCal and this just started happening to me the last few years.

It’s a heat rash. I get it too. It’s a fungal thing that’s very common and flares up with heat and sweat. My dr told me to use anti dandruff shampoo on it. I rub it on and leave it like 5 mins before I jump in the shower and it’s gone after a few days
