I THINK I HAVE A UTI HELP

Ok so I’ve been having pain like when I pee, it doesn’t burn, it’s more like if a sharp pain by my clit. I also have been finding blood in my urine. Im not having any abdominal pain or anything, just a feeling that I have to pee when I’m done peeing. This has been happening for like 4ish days now. It happened after I had sex with this guy, we used a condom, but symptoms didn’t start happening until like a day or two after we had sex. I did not use the bathroom after, but this is the first time something like this has happened to me. I usually hold my urge to pee in a lot and nothing happens. I’m scared that I have an std or something too, and I’m scared to tell my mom to get checked, but there’s no like pain, only when i pee, and no warts or anything down there. A lot of symptoms of uti are same for stds, it’s scary. Also I’ve been taking cranberry pills which helped with the pain a little, and stoped the bleeding. Do you guys think it’s something more than a uti??
