Think I lost my baby

So I started with brown discharge then it went dark red and pink and now red so I thought yeah it's a miscarriage and I bleed through the night woke up with blood on the bed anyways I didn't have any pads so I used a tampon as had to take my daughter to nursery within half hour of taking her to nursery the blood has soaked through the tampon and knickers and pants I've never experienced this much blood just off a miscarriage, I'm not going to doctors or out as they can't do anything about a miscarriage but when is best for me to try again?
