3 days late negative hpt, positive opk

I’m so confused. Husband and I had tubal reversal Jan 8 and have been ttc since Feb. I’ve been doing OPK and had positive on July 2nd, I should have started 3 days ago and all are negative. Just for fun I took opk and got a strong positive! What I happening!?? Anyone have similar issues and got BFP??????
