Anterior Placenta & UTI Questions

I am 26W2D and everything is measuring normal. Heartbeat, size, movement, etc. I feel the baby, but I don’t feel him a lot, and the feel is still like flutters. I was told by now I would start feeling him more, and feel his frequent hiccups, etc. but I don’t.

I’m worried about missing labor signs in the future and not feeling contractions. I never have period cramps or anything so I wouldn’t be surprised if I didn’t cramp for this either. Has this happened to anyone with or without an anterior placenta?

To add to that I was told yesterday I have a UTI, and THAT hurts in my pelvic area. I’ve read that it can lead to more infections+ preterm labor. I know if I ask the doctors they’re just going to tell me “you’ll know” but I know that everyone’s different. We’ve all read those “my water didn’t break” etc type of stories on here...

Does anyone have an experience with any part of this? A worried first timer over here.
