How do I know if I’m losing too much blood

I took misoprostol and started bleeding heavily within 20 minutes

I’m filling an adult diaper lined with a pad within 10-15 minutes or so

A tonne of clots that are very large

I’m nauseous and have diarrhea but no cramps (took ibuprofen 800mg)

Last time I changed myself I started sweating/feeling like I was going to faint

I have a tendency to get woozy at the sight of blood so I’m not sure if it’s that or if I’m losing way too much blood

My midwife never told me how much blood loss to expect and I expected a lot but blood is literally pouring out of me constantly. It’s been 1 hr and 15 minutes since I took the misoprostol

Okay guys! I think I’m alright now, I passed the sac and I believe the majority of everything else has passed and the bleeding has slowed down by a lot ... like only half filled the pad in the last hour

I had my friend who’s a nurse come over and she said everything seemed okay and that if the bleeding was slowing that was a good sign that the worst was over ❤️

Of course if it starts back up and I feel like I’m in danger I will go to the ER
