Thoughts? Parents can lose children over unpaid school lunches

Chef Cara • Sun, Jul 21 • Currently cook for a fine dining restaurant in Traverse City. Single, 29, chef, would love to be a mom someday.

I came across this article on FB and I think it's ridiculous that it has become this extreme. Do you think it's fair? Is it wrong? What are your opinions on this?

Edit: I was rushing to post this since I was running behind for work so I didn't get a chance to add everything I wanted What do you think should be the consequences? Should their be any at all? Do you agree with paid lunches in general?
