Rash all over baby
Can anyone tell me what this could be from? Originally thought it was heat rash but no longer believe that’s the issue. She doesn’t seem bothered by it but her temp does seem to rise every time she breaks out. I thought maybe an allergic reaction but nothing in my diet or stuff used at home has changed.
