Pregnant

Me and my boyfriend just found out we’re gonna be parents , took 3 different tests.. all positive. We’re like reaaaallyyy young, 18 and 21. We feel as if this might affect our relationship because we aren’t gonna get to do things by ourselves anymore and we just didn’t really get the time to get to know each other well before we knew we were expecting, we’ve only been together for a couple of months. We both are actually very happy but also scared, nervous, anxious, you name it. Any tips ? Anyone went through something similar?
