Freaking out

Ugh I have been having cramping my whole pregnancy (7 weeks). A lot of it is on the right, though I do also get it in other places sometimes. I just went to the bathroom and had some spotting. It looked pinkish/brown and it was a small amount but now I'm just freaking out. I didn't have this with my first. My husband keeps saying it's fine but I just have this feeling of dread 😩 anyone else have this and everything was ok? My first appointment is not until 7/31. Or, has anyone had an ectopic? What were the symptoms. Of course this is right before bed. So not going to be able to sleep
