What did you get done when you got BFP?

Hi there first time momma here looking for advice pertaining to my pregnancy! 
We just found out YESTERDAY and it’s still a shock. I’m still in the process of filling insurance at my job but should have it by August 1st. I really wanted to find some pregnancy buddies especially women who are on their second that don’t mind getting asked questions/advice- I promise I AM a little annoying 🤣
Would love to have a few people to be pregnant with and follow through out my pregnancy ♥️🤰🏽🤰🏼🤰🏻
What were your first steps after finding out you were pregnant? 
What do you thinking is the most important thing in early pregnancy? 
Any advice for new or first time mommas? 
Any helpful answer will be appreciated! ♥️

Awe I just found out yesterday too.  It's my second pregnancy though.  I miscarried the first.  I already havey insurance,  I just have to make an appt. With my primary to get a referral to an OBGYN,  then I would think the next step would be to get on prenatals. You can either have them prescribe it,  (witch is I good option,  your insurance will probably cover the cost of them) or you can get some from the store.  Also they have all kinds of fancy expensive kinds,  but you don't actually need the most expensive kind they'll all work just as good. Then I'm sure after your initial appt.they'll schedule your next appt probably somewhere between 8 to 10 weeks along. CONGRATS!  and good luck☺☺

Hey hun! Congrats!!!! I’m on my third pregnancy and I’m always here for questions 😊 I wish I had someone to go to for my first baby and I wish I knew some of the basics. Here’s some starter advice: It’s YOUR baby. Birth him/her how you see fit. Plan for him/her how you see fit. Do what YOU feel is best. Don’t try to please people from your family, or friends with all their opinions. If you want their advice, then by all means ask!! But, if you didn’t ask for their advice and they seem to be getting pushy, just politely say thanks for the input and do what you think is the right decision for your little family. Also, start buying boxes of diapers in ALL sizes, not just newborn. Lastly, YOUVE GOT THIS MOMMA! Take it day by day, do things that relax you, and know that you’re so strong 💪🏼 🤨☺️

6 weeks 4 days with my second here! I got in for bloodwork as soon as I found out, and then let the doctors book the rest from there, make sure to take a pre natal!

I’m currently pregnant with our third! Honestly with all three my first thought was holy shit. We tried for a year with our first, had a drunken whoops with our second and now three years later we decided to try for a little girl. But my first step was making sure to get on prenatal vitamins and schedule my doctors appointment. I already knew that my insurance covered my prenatal visits. Now at 8 weeks, I’m just trying to keep my mouth shut and work on our announcement.

First of all, congrats! I’m pregnant with my second - only 13 dpo. The first thing I’ll do (and did with my first) is make an OB appointment. Mine does the first one at 8 weeks. Beyond that, I just take my prenatals. Use this time to research the pregnancy process and learn all you can. Also, try to get plenty of rest. Pregnancy takes it out of ya! 
Once you have your first appointment, your doc will probably set you up with an ultrasound a couple weeks out, and they will give you the “schedule” at that point. Just keep in mind that everyone’s doctor can be a bit different in the timing and order they do things.

5 weeks 3 days here. 3rd pregnancy. But this would be my second baby. I immediately called and got bloodwork done. My first pregnancy was like yours and I didn’t have insurance complete at my job yet 😬. Feel free to message me! I don’t mind answering questions!
