Do you and how do you time contractions?

Are you supposed to time braxton hicks contractions?

If you can't hardly feel them, how do you time them?

I know I've had more than 6 in an hour but I am not sure how to time them when I can't feel when they begin or end. Any advice?

NOTE: I know you are supposed to time from the beginning of one to the beginning of the next.

From the start of one till the end of the next one.

Braxton hicks you don't have to time. Switching positions and drinking fluids stop them usually. The real ones you do time and you time from the start of one to the start of another. If they're 5 minutes or less apart for an hour, you go in.

You can download a contraction timer.. you tap at start of contraction and at the end then the app tells you how long they are and how far apart.be sure the app you get records them
