Bad Cramps...

I'm about 5 weeks and having bad cramps every day almost constantly and sharp pains every now and then but no blood.

This is my fourth pregnancy... I lost my first two before 10 weeks, and had my rainbow baby in January so haven't had a huge time to recover(we only risked it once so we were in slight shock when we found out😂).

Has anyone else been through this or should I be worrying?
