Painful sex after miscarriage?

Unfortunately we lost our little baby 3 and half weeks ago, all naturally and the doctor said we can start trying again after one monthly cycle which is due this weekend.

I have already been on an antibiotic for a urine infection. Now the past 3time we have had sex its painful for me.

And afterwards i have alot of strong cramping around my lower stomach and down around my lady area (as polite a way as i can think of lol)

Just wondering has anyone esle experienced this as the doctor thinks ita just my body getting back to itself???
