Conceiving after miscarriage

November last year I discovered I’d had a missed miscarriage. Medical management didn’t work for me so I ended up having a d&c in January. Around 4 weeks later my periods started again and I was told to wait two cycles before trying again so my body and mind could heal.

Since then every single month my period comes early, it started off by a few days, now it comes a week early. During the last 4 months I’ve only had 1 positive opk, all others have been negative. Prior to miscarriage my periods have been bang on time, all the time and I actually fell pregnant on the first try.

Now I’m worrying and wondering why isn’t it happening for me now? Am I not ovulating? How would I know?

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
