Sore feet HELP!!!
Okay so I got my shifts at work shortened down to 8 hours a day. I work at a home improvement store so I'm constantly on my feet and always on concrete.. The heels of my feet and 2 inches spreading up are now bright red. They hurt to the point of not wanting to put any weight on them. Any advice you ladies have or is anyone going through the same thing?? Please help!!!
