new job makes me want to bang my head against a wall
Okay. So I started a new job at Mcalisters three weeks ago. If you don’t know what that is, it’s a deli type place with potatoes, soup, and sandwiches. They still have yet to train me, but like to talk shit about me and how bad I am at my job behind my back. They’ve only taught me the basics because I ask questions. I don’t know what to do, should I quit? Should I say something? I don’t know. Please heeelp. I’m 16 by the way if that even matters.
