SO ITCHY 😭😭😭

I have horrible rashes that appeared out of nowhere under my arms (not armpits) and I can’t sleep. It’s spread to my thighs and I think it’s trying to spread to my neck and face. My face is red too :(

I called my dr and they told me to take Benadryl and tell them if it spreads to my stomach. I really don’t like Benadryl because it makes me so sleepy but I still took 2 doses today and all it did was make me sleep through the itch. Now it’s 6am and I’m laying here awake miserable

I’m so miserable already 😭😭😭 35 weeks exactly btw
