Horrendous pain!!!

I went to bed last night around 11pm and fell to sleep about 11.45 as my hubby gave me the best neck massage after having yet another headache 🤕..

Around 1.30am i was woken up to the most horrendous pain in my upper abdomen right in the centre just below my boobs with the pain shooting out towards my back and down both sides of my stomach. i managed to roll around for about ten minutes and take some cocodamol (prescribed while pregnant) with no ease up from the pain after half hour i decided it was time to go in, i also knew these pains weren’t contractions as im a STM..

I arrived at the hospital (a&e) where they urgently took bloods and administered morphine from seeing how much pain i was in, i then got transferred up to ob’s where they monitored me and baby, and all was fine. The doctor had come to speak to me and had arranged a urgent scan because where and how i was describing the pain she thought of gallstones (common in pregnancy) the scan then confirmed the gallstones but also confirmed that they’re blocking a duct and are infected😫🤕..

Bloods have also come back with a high infection indicator so will definitely be put on a drip of antibiotics.

Im now waiting for a surgeon to come and speak to me on what will happen next😰😰 im 35+5 today..
