Had to fire our midwife at 38 weeks :(

Ever since baby has been breech, it’s like she had given up on us. We planned a home birth with her just like we had with our first. She started canceling appointments to check on me and the baby, didn’t show up to our ECV, hasn’t taken my latest blood work to see if anything has changed to see if I’m anemic or anything before birth. Hasn’t told me the process of c section or set a time for the date. I literally know nothing and I’ve had to chase and text and annoy her for any kind of answers. 😭 We let her know last night that we will directly contact the dr in charge of the c section ourselves and just handle it... I’m heartbroken because I won’t have someone I trust and have known the entire pregnancy there to support us. I’ll have a random dr doing postpartum checks and baby check up. It’s all so overwhelming and stressful less than a week and a half before our c section.. :(
