When should I test?

Nicole

Hello, all!

I just had my IUD (Kyleena) out Tuesday. I know it's super early, but I'm super anxious (I'm sure you know the anxiety that comes with TTC). When can I begin testing for pregnancy without having a last known period? Kyleena completely stopped my periods for years. I have no idea how long they were or how long my cycle used to be. I only remember being a heavy and irregular bleeder pre-BC and was diagnosed pre-PCOS (WTF does that even mean!?). Since I've had it removed I've had extremely light spotting (the kind that changes the color of your CM) 2 days prior to removal, a day of watery CM, light spotting the day of removal, 2 days of watery CM, a day of light spotting, and now I'm back to watery CM. To fix fix the unknowns I've started bbt and CM monitoring. I didn't mark the spotting as a period, but I did indicate spotting on my charts. My bbt has also been EXTREMELY regular (I'm talking same bbt reading 5/6 days! And YES, I have used it at different times in between bbt readings to make sure it works! Lol.)

Anyways, after all that... What do you think?

Thanks in advance!
