Ladies I need help !

I have got to lose weight ! I had twins 9 months ago and I am literally sooo disgusted with my body ! Please someone give me tips on weight loss and how to do it just need motivation I guess, it’s so hard having kids and being a stay at home mom and eating the food and snacks that they eat and not having time to eat during the day so at night I over eat probably because I cook for my husband and kids but not the healthiest meals. I just really would like to lose weight and possibly tone up some !

We are going on vacation in a few days and I am literally just looking at myself not even wanting to step foot on a beach
