Positive for HPV

Hi so I just had a Pap smear and I tested positive for HPV in my cervix , the lady didn’t really explain anything to me even though I asked a lot of questions she didn’t answer them and said the doctor will go through it with me , since I’m pregnant she said I will get another Pap smear after I give birth , she said the cells look abnormal and I did let her know I have a yeast infection if it can be that and she said that’s a possibility. Can anyone educate me on this , can a yeast infection be s reason why it’s positive, I’m a little worried since you can have cervical cancer due to this 😞
